A judge has ruled that former President Trump must reveal the amount of money he’s paying to settle a lawsuit over his 2016 campaign’s use of non-disclosure agreements. Under the settlement, the Trump has agreed not to enforce the NDAs.

an NDA between 2 private parties not doing anything illegal cant be illegal- it is no different than any other contract- (happens everyday in every business) NDAs,NCAs etc....
Cohen didnt pay her to have sex (prostitution)- Cohen paid her - thats your 2nd issue
the only thing that seems tricky is if campaign funds were used- either to pay her or to pay cohen- but thats a small thing which usually ends in payback of the amount and a small fine

so this grand jury thing smells of political tomfoolery as do so many others

and you have a court case that Trump won as a precident- dont you think that a lot of this info was also in that trial?

A federal judge ruled Tuesday that a broad non-disclosure agreement that Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign required employees to sign is unenforceable.

The judge — an appointee of President George W. Bush — said the sweeping, boilerplate language the campaign compelled employees to sign was so vague that the agreement was invalid under New York contract law.

“As to the scope of the provision, it is — as a practical matter —unlimited. ... Accordingly, Campaign employees are not free to speak about anything concerning the Campaign,” wrote Gardephe. “The non-disclosure provision is thus much broader than what the Campaign asserts is necessary to protect its legitimate interests, and, therefore, is not reasonable.”
Gardephe’s 36-page decision said a non-disparagement clause in the agreement was similarly flawed.

“The Campaign’s past efforts to enforce the non-disclosure and non-disparagement provisions demonstrate that it is not operating in good faith to protect what it has identified as legitimate interests,” the judge added. “The evidence before the Court instead demonstrates that the Campaign has repeatedly sought to enforce the non-disclosure and non-disparagement provisions to suppress speech that it finds detrimental to its interests.”

unenforceable and illegal are two different things- unenforceable because its too broad in scope, doesnt make it illegal
it makes it simply a bad contract
I have not seen the document so I cant say wether that is true or not- but the lawyers will sort that out in court

if its unenforceable -it is by definition a badly written contract
the terms of a contract are written into the contract itself- any disagreement or breach is handled in Civil court

it remains to be seen wether or not the contract is too broad as this judge stated- that will be argued
the problem you have in claiming your massive victory is - Stormy has already disclosed her piece- the non disclosure is moot at this point, we all know what he said and what she said
Stormy has no idea what account Cohen paid her from
Cohen on the other hand, billed for payment - so that tells me he paid and then billed for reimbursement- what exactly was the bill for and did both parties know (can it be proven ) what it was for?

either way this is a piss hole in the snow when Billions are being spent on campaigns- total political stunt-will amount to nothing
