Additionally, the affidavit says a window was broken near a handle on the rear patio door. However, in the pictures, that door, with broken glass outside . Is CLOSED. The double door next to it, with the Glass NOT broken , is wide open?

And the suspect left his backpack OUTSIDE? With the he other hammer, gloves among “ other items”

No mention of an “ elevator” in the affidavit.
He let him go to the bathroom, where he used a cell phone charging. Yet Paul chose NOT to hide in there ,lock the door until Police arrive? Scream for help?
