Pretty simple to understand that the coroner laid some responsibility at MAGAt feet, but once you saw that you changed the subject and gave us your view from behind those racist glasses of yours.

"All that transpired" put you in the condition or place where you got dead

Very different from being slowly executed by racist pigs in full
view of the world, but I wouldn’t expect a racist like yourself to acknowledge the difference.
as always, just happy to feature our differences for readers.
thanks for making it #tooeasy
either his/her life must be in imminent danger or the life of someone else
neither was true when he fired- those are simply verifiable facts
the only people in the Capital that day with weapons were the cops- that has been proven
she wasnt even in the same room with him when he shot
you lost the argument when you resorted to using the term racist-it doesnt mean anything anymore
george floyd would be alive today if he didnt resist arrest for a crime he did commit
ashley babbit wasnt under arrest and wasnt being detained by the police when she was shot
very different circumstances as you noted
homeowner goes to jail if they shoot an intruder on the wrong side of the door

So I noticed one of your “tells”….a second response to the same post by you without a response in between.
I’m replying to this one instead of the “word salad” you offered initially.
Here ya go….I’m not afraid to link sources like you:
Diaz’s ruling does not mean Sicknick was not assaulted or that the violent events at the Capitol did not contribute to his death. The medical examiner noted Sicknick was among the officers who engaged the mob and said “all that transpired played a role in his condition.”
Most will read that and obviously have no problem with the fact that the violent insurrectionists had a role in his death ….ALL that transpired that day DID according to the medical examiner.
i am taken somewhat aback at how much time and energy you spend on things like this where you lose anyway. Is it because you already know you have lost on the big issues ? I mean I think the GQP threw a new issue into the mid-term elections, for
example :)

Connecticut just became the first state to pass a safe-state law for transgender and abortion refugees coming from criminalizing states like Texas, Alabama, and Arkansas. The law also bars summons/subpoenas/compliance with out of state warrants and allows those charged to sue for damages!
Awesome!

why would anyone drive through NY to get to CT
and isnt that exactly what the SCOTUS would be doing in reversing Roe? letting the states decide the issue in their state
so remind us again what is this big issue you were talking about?

words matter
theME used the word condition
you insert the word death and attribute that word to the ME
very different meanings

They are reactionary spoiled fanatics, most of them brainwashed by higher education and the media.
Notice the CCSU Professor that started a rally the other day on campus. Our tax dollars going to support her agenda to have a rally even though the SCOTUS decision will have no affect on CT. Her reason was because other people “ were in pain”
Of course the lunatics running CT are always in a hurry for any leftist social issue to go through in record time.

That law in CT isn’t intended to preserve the rights of NY residents. NY can handle that.
My OP specifically mentioned three states, NY not among them, that have laws ready to take control of women’s bodies so they can be forced to reproduce against their will. Texas, Alabama, and Arkansas.
we also know that red states have drafted laws to allow people that help residents of their states find reproductive services elsewhere to be sued in those states.
CT is merely putting red state residents on notice that they will give their state residents the tools needed to treat con states in kind .
whee!

In NY abortions are ILLEGAL after 24 weeks unless:
1) fetus already dead
2) abortion needed to preserve life and health of mother
New York Abortion Laws At a Glance
The table below provides a helpful summary of the basic provisions of New York abortion laws, followed by a more in-depth look.Statute(s) New York Consolidated Laws, Public Health Code, Section 2599-AA (Reproductive Health Act) and Section 2599-BB
Note: The previous Section 4164 is repealed.Statutory Definition of Illegal Abortion As of Jan. 22, 2019, abortion is no longer in the state's penal code. This means health care providers acting in good faith may not be held criminally liable. Statutory Definition of Legal Abortion Within the first 24 weeks or after 24 weeks if necessary to preserve the mother's health or if the fetus isn't viable. (PHC Sec. 2500-BB) Penalty for Unlawful Abortion New York removed abortion from its Penal Code. No one can be held criminally liable for aborting a fetus, even after the 24th week of pregnancy.
Penal Code Sections 125.40, 125.45, 125.50, 125.55 and 125.60 were all repealed.Consent Requirements Consent of pregnant female Residency Requirements for Patients Not required Physician Licensing Requirements Any health care practitioner that is licensed or authorized under Title Eight of the Education Law (Section 6500, et seq.) may perform an abortion, if it is within the scope of their practice. In addition to M.D.s, this could also include nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and midwives.

which is why, when you lose on facts, cons have to lie
allows for abortions after 24 weeks and doesnt put an end date
and the reasons are the fetus viability and the health of the mother- thats the sticky point
it no longer reads to save the life of the mother
it reads health of the mother- and that could mean anything- like i said , you can abort your baby anytime you want in NY for just about any reason- now some doctors would object to be sure, but thats a lawsuit for a later date
some doctors would certainly perform the procedure
it also has no residency requirements - so its already a sanctuary state- so who knows what Hockell is talking about now-its already done

so I approve of laws that will allow us to sue them as well etc . Cons can enjoy a little of their own medicine. :)
I DO approve of corporations like Microsoft and Amazon footing the tab for their employees in Gilead states to travel to a free state for reproductive services
and I dare DeSantis and abbot and the like to hassle them …they can just move the jobs to free states.
we can let the free hand of the market decide :)

It never read that. If you think it did, show us, but you don’t provide links for your statements because they were always just lies.
You are all hot and bothered, Herr professor TC, so how about YOU take a stab at telling us what you are ok with because it’s pretty clear a lot of you GQP types don’t even want exceptions for rape, incest, or life of mom anyway. Must I quote them?
#tooeasy
it’s all about the red states that are passing laws designed to keep their residents from crossing our FREE borders in states like CT, MA, NY etc to exercise rights our states guarantee within our borders.

after 24 weeks- meaning- anytime
health of the mother- meaning -anything
read the law - not that hard to find
i wouldnt worry about the red states like Texas and Florida- all those people you say will shun them are moving there in droves to escape the Blue state taxes ,crime and regulations
look at the hottest housing markets-
have a nice day
