What's more pathetic is their claim the two of them keep their "professional lives" completely separate (what exactly is her "job" anyway?). Spouses talk. Think he didn't know she was helping organize rides to Jan 6th or that she was there? Think she wasn't distraught the night of Jan 6th? How was your day dear? Lol

texts after the election had no bearing

so far there are no cases- but one I can definitely see getting there is the 6th amendment cases for the people who are still locked up
some of them will definitely push that angle

Regardless of cases, Their marriage calls into question his impartiality on an already divided court. Americans already think less and less of SCOTUS but having an unhinged spouse who tried to overturn a free and fair election knocks it does several more notches.

do you even have a clue of what Congress was meeting for on Jan 6th? and the process by which they certify the electors?
before you answer, go back and look at a little research on this matter in the not so distant past- it may surprise you
just giving you a chance to not embarrass yourself

lack of transparency and lack of accountability rolled into one.
I would also opine that despite the appropriateness of impeaching Thomas, it’s not the best approach. We can avoid an ugly impeachment battle by expanding the court and Thomas’s antics give Biden an angle to do so.
Biden should then name Anita Hill as a nominee. I would PAY to watch those hearings.
but maybe Joe should nominate the black woman from SC. After all, lindesey PROMISED to vote for her and her get additional votes from the GQP.
he should take him up on it :)

wasn’t the gov, it was the GOP majority legislature that passed ACT 77, the governor then signed it.
so very wrong in the facts. Look up Act 77 and tell us what I get wrong (we won’t be hearing anything on that indont think :) )
Then a LOWER PA court balked but it seems the higher courts in PA disagreed. And of course we all know the SC didn’t want that stinker.
the brouhaha on this started In earnest AFTER the Jan 6 coup attempt and as part of election theft efforts by the GQP.
sorry but just the facts -
Pennsylvania expanded mail voting with a 2019 law that was heralded as a bipartisan compromise since it was passed by the Republican-controlled state legislature and signed by Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf. It later became a target for Republican criticism when then-President Donald Trump falsely criticized mail voting as a source of widespread fraud.
