Lol ….the skating rinks ONLY accepted cash.

She also told Air Mail in an interview that her ex-husband's "real job was to be Trump's eye on the cash" at the largely cash-only Wollman Skating Rink in Central Park as well as the Lasker Rink and the Central Park Carousel. Once a week, Barry Weisselberg would collect all of the cash and walk it to his father's office in Trump Tower, she said.

Which was why she fought to get all the financial information as part of their divorce proceedings. She knew he made way more than he reported. If his dad or other Trump employee signed off on his tax returns they're in trouble, as well as the son.

Does your boss pay for your child's education off the books?
        Do you think its legal?
Do you think he paid tax on the payment?
        What happened to Al Capone?
Trump isnt responsible for the tax on the payment- thats the schools responsibility
he isnt responsible for the income (if its deemed that) that she received
he is responsible for the income used to create the payment, especially if he claimed it as a deduction
it can be legal for sure, if i worked at the college my kid got a scholarship at then yes my employer would be paying for my kids education

how is it "off the Books" if she has documents stating that very fact?

but thats daddy in laws dept

I can’t waste the time correcting all the errors of understanding ^^^^^, but you ARE a moron.

In general, non-salary payments and benefits conferred on an employee from an employer such as tuition payments and providing a “free” apartment are treated as taxable income by the IRS.

If my company writes a check for my child’s tuition, I must declare that value in the same column as salary and pay appropriate federal, state and local taxes. The employer also must list them out properly. Paying for an employee’s tuition can’t be listed as a charity donation or business deduction.

I’m sure many readers who have jobs with decent compensation packages know this. JeeZ. The cons reveal themselves in all kinds of ways, don’t they?

Your accountant does (if you use a preparer). Since trump org has its own army of accountants and lawyers plus outside firms, who knows who prepared Weiselberg's kids forms. Doubtful he did it himself

Even if Trump "gifted" them all of that it's a gift well over the 10K allowable, and hence are subject to declarations and taxation. Apartments and NYC private school a wee bit over $10k lol.

I suspect once they dig into the details there were many perks at that organization that were never properly accounted for, and don't forget his kiddos are all employees too. If he was treating an employee like that imagine what he finagled for his own kids. Oh wait, we already know Ivanka double dipped!

(Reuters) – Former U.S. President Donald Trump’s blog page, launched last month in the wake of major social media platforms banning him, has been removed from his website.

Trump aide Jason Miller on Wednesday said that the page, which had been called “From the Desk of Donald J. Trump,” would not be returning.

“It was just auxiliary to the broader efforts we have and are working on,” Miller said in an email to Reuters.

                  lol lol lol lol

thats exactly what the OP stated dumbazz
its on the beneficiary of such payments to claim them on their taxes- not TRUMP
OP also stated that trumps responsibility ( actualy daddy in law as CFO) to not claim the payment as a deduction

you certainly revealed yourself, now go get my fries, idiot

well thats what they are trying to determine, but so far the only people that are implicated in this are her, her husband and the father in law

Trump may end up suing her for embezzlement- that would be funny as hell

Notice he isn't, nor is trashing her very much because he knows she knows. It is his M.O. to sue people though, scare tactic to try and make them go away.

If you gave gifts to someone in 2020 totaling more than $15,000 (other than to your spouse), you probably must file Form 709. https://www.irs.gov/instructions/i70...0each%20spouse.
