1) no one is calling for "mass lockdowns" again, just smart public health measures where they are needed
2) hundreds of thousands didn't die from lockdowns but hundreds of thousands WILL if a herd immunity strategy is pursued. Almost 220,000 dead with an estimated 10% infected. Do the math to get to 60-70% immunity. It's simple enough even for you con.
