Trump hasn't moved the dial with African Americans, a key voting block making up 13% of the electorate, much more in some critical states - they think he's racist, has made things worse regarding racism, and doesn't deserve much credit for better employment. It won't take much to get them to vote for a Dem, but they also could stay home like they did in 2016.

Trump hasn't moved the dial with African Americans, a key voting block making up 13% of the electorate, much more in some critical states - they think he's racist, has made things worse regarding racism, and doesn't deserve much credit for better employment. It won't take much to get them to vote for a Dem, but they also could stay home like they did in 2016.
