Trump went in went in knowing it was a failed mission. NK will never give up its nukes. The previous "agreement" was two pages of fluff, nothing of substance and as you said they kept on building anyway. I do enjoy reading your drivel to be honest, but let me help you out with this one since you’re a bit out of your league on it. Stay in your lane, bro.

First of all, no one can devalue their property without the approval of the tax assessor. You can appeal for a reduction or abatement, but ultimately it is up to the town or city assessor to look into comps and come up with a value. Usually, if you appeal, you win. Something. Not necessarily huge amounts. But you’ll get a reduction unless the assessed value was already low to begin with. And real estate is extremely difficult to assess. Especially specialty type properties.

As far as the banks go, they will have the property appraised at whatever value they need it to come in at in order to secure the loan. If they need it higher, it will come in higher. Same thing happens with homes when they are appraised. Once in a blue moon with the appraisal come in lower than the agreed upon price. In commercial real estate, it is even more difficult. Definitely some shadiness that goes on, but it is more to do with the banks and appraisers than the person with the property.

As another poster said, AOC seems to have good intent (although I think she’s a bit too much about herself with higher aspirations minus the intellect to warrant them), but she’s over her head. She further asked about deflated assets (yes the same assets) for tax liability purposes.... hmmm... the same assets can't simultaneously have two different values can they? AOC then found out who knew the details and where the information could be found. Not bad, she got all the answers in 26 seconds of questioning .... but after all that is just down to her looks.... :)

- Both above have wide bipartisan support with Americans. will the GOP Senators continue to prop up trump's failed presidency or do what the voters want?

That is all we got in exchange for giving up our critical joint military exercises and giving legitimacy to a world pariah and an excuse for Russia and China to prop up this failing country.
