President Donald Trump claims he "didn't say" that he would pay $1 million to Democratic Sen. Elizabeth Warren for taking DNA test to review her Native American heritage, after she released the results of one on Monday morning.
"Who cares?" Trump said when asked about the DNA test. When pressed on the once-promised $1 million payment, Trump responded: "I didn't say that. You better read it again."
In fact, Trump did promise $1 million, during a July rally, but only if the test showed she was "an Indian."
At a rally in July, Trump said: "And we will say, 'I will give you a million dollars, paid for by Trump, to your favorite charity if you take the test and it shows you're an Indian ... we'll see what she does. I have a feeling she will say no but we will hold it for the debates."

Elizabeth Warren releases DNA test with 'strong evidence' of Native American ancestry
Warren has released the results of a DNA analysis showing she has distant Native American ancestry in an apparent attempt to pre-empt further questions and attacks should she run for president in 2020.
Warren first faced scrutiny for her purported Native American heritage during her 2012 Senate race. But Trump has revived and amplified the controversy as he eyes Warren as a possible rival, frequently mocking her with the nickname "Pocahontas."
But Warren now has documentation to back up her family lore -- a analysis of her genetic data performed by Carlos Bustamante, a professor of genetics at Stanford and adviser to Ancestry and 23 and Me.
Bustamante's analysis places Warren's Native American ancestor between six and 10 generations ago, with the report estimating eight generations.
After his initial "who cares" response, Trump said Monday he hopes Warren runs for president because she will be "easy" to beat.

"I hope she's running for president because I think she'd be very easy. I do not think she'd be very difficult at all," Trump said, adding: "I don't want to say bad things about her because I hope she's one of the people that get through the process."
Trump added that Warren would turn the US into Venezuel

But she hasn't really proven anything. The Boston Globe broke the story and wrote this.

"The inherent imprecision of the six-page DNA analysis could provide fodder for Warren’s critics. If her great-great-great-grandmother was Native American, that puts her at 1/32nd American Indian. But the report includes the possibility that she’s just 1/512th Native American if the ancestor is 10 generations back."

They have since issued this correction: "Due to a math error, a story about Elizabeth Warren misstated the ancestry percentage of a potential 10th generation relative. It should be 1/1,024."

The issue all along has been whether her belief in her Indian heritage was used to advance her career in academia. The results of her DNA test does nothing to address that issue.

Will Donnie pay his bet? He's already claiming he didn't make the statement below, even though it's on video and reporters were present. He doesn't even pay in to his own charity, let alone one that helps Native American women. when pressed he'll now argue she isn't "Indian" enough.

“I’m going to get one of those little [DNA testing] kits and in the middle of the debate, when she proclaims she’s of Indian heritage...," Trump said. “And we will say, ‘I will give you a million dollars to your favorite charity, paid for by Trump, if you take the test and it shows you’re an Indian.' " “Remember saying on 7/5 that you’d give $1M to a charity of my choice if my DNA showed Native American ancestry?” she tweeted. “I remember — and here’s the verdict. Please send the check to the National Indigenous Women’s Resource Center.” The charity she chose is a nonprofit that seeks to protect Native American women from violence. “Send them your $1M check, @realDonaldTrump,” Warren added.

“My mother was born in eastern Oklahoma,” she says. “It had been Indian territory until just a few years earlier, when it had become a state. My daddy always said he fell head over heels in love with my mother the first time he saw her.” But she recounts that her father’s parents were “bitterly opposed” to a marriage because her mother’s family was partly Native American. So the couple eloped, she says.

The nearly six-minute video also tackles claims that Warren represented herself as a minority to advance as a law professor, a notion that White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders, among others, have advanced. The video shows Sanders making that claim from the White House briefing room and then shows interviews with several law professors who deny that Warren’s Native American heritage played a role in her hiring or advancement. Her colleagues also tout Warren’s skills as a teacher."

This wouldn't be good enough for Trump

The DNA analysis, by Carlos D. Bustamante, a Stanford University professor, concludes that “the vast majority” of Warren’s ancestry is European but that “the results strongly support the existence of an unadmixed Native American ancestor in the individual’s pedigree, likely in the range of 6-10 generations ago.”

He'll never pay that bet. He's the cheapest SOB around.

The issue is that she tried to use her ancestry to gain an advantage. Whether it worked or not isn’t even the point. She attempted it and these results are an embarrassing reach on her part. Good lord. She might be the most dishonest scheming person in Congress. I hope she runs in 2020. She would lose in a defeat of epic proportions after the Dems tried to prop her up like they did with Hillary.

                                Lying sucks......

It seems the Trump family has been lying about their ancestry for a couple of generations. Donald Trump himself claimed in his book Trump: The Art of the Deal from 1987 that his father came to America as a boy, having emigrated from Sweden.

But it's not true. At least not according to the biographies The Trumps: Three Generations That Built An Empire by Gwenda Blair, and The lost tycoon by Henry Hurt.

In their research into the Trump family, both author's have come to the conclusion that the Swedish origins was just a story invented by Trump's father. During the middle of the 19th century, Trump's true decent - German - was simply bad for business.

“In the 1940s, people, especially in the real estate industry in New York, didn't want to hear that somebody was German — so let's get rid of that. Let's be Swedish,” Gwenda Blair said in an inteview with Inside Edition.

According to the New York Times, Donald Trump even asked his father why he had to keep the lie going at the time of writing Trump: the Art of the Deal.

Henry Hurt writes that the reason for continuing the story was to not upset the Jewish tenants of Trump real estate, reports Aftonbladet.
