Christians? Look at the numbers. More teenage pregnancy, more divorce, more welfare use, infant mortality, and murder; the bible belt isn't as biblical as the bible belters would pretend it is.

They may think they are Christians, but for true believer, Donald Trump is the worst kind of sinner.
What we see here is the vast superficiality of Christianity here in the USA.
The true believers, be they Catholic, Protestant, Muslim or Jew could not support Trump. It's not a religion thing. It's a God thing. Unfortunately, a small minority in each of these faiths.

2 years long - 0 indictments - 0 convictions
Benghazi investigation:
4 years long - 0 indictments - 0 convictions
Whitewater investigation:
6 years long - 0 indictments - 0 convictions
Trump/Russia investigation:
1 year long (so far) - 19 indictments - 4 convictions
I'm not a bit disappointed and the game is still going on!

When a man gives his life to public service for as long as he has, whether you agree with his politics or not, and wears his love for his country on his sleeve for the rest of us to witness and denigrate him for his beliefs and he still stays in there fighting.....
When he's ready to stand behind his beliefs regardless of the political consequences it might bring.....
Then yes, he should be revered. It's not about liberal or conservative. It's about recognizing the personal sacrifice made in service of a nation. I wouldn't cast a vote for McCain in a second. I wouldn't cast a vote for Reagan or even Eugene McCarthy for that matter. I wouldn't cast a vote for George Wallace or Bernie Sanders.
But these people serve our nation and they are deserving of respect and yes, in some way, reverence.
This is something that has become lost in the last 50 years. Our government has lost it and the people in the nation have lost it. We need to find it again.
Unfortunately, the current White House occupant has never understood this, despite being old enough to know, and has no interest in finding it either. He's morally corrupt and has no sense of ethics.
