1) Some "parents" are saying they don't want to be reunited with their children.
2) Some "parents" are saying just deport me and I will catch up with them later when I come back because its easier to travel without their kids.
3) Some "parents" are saying those aren't my kids
4) And some "parents" (although few) have been determined through background checks to have criminal records including rape.


But Snowflakes are so upset with our Trump for the harsh treatment and the trauma the US is putting these kids through.

Acosta last night on the lead in to the announcement , even BEFORE he was named, but speculating on the favorite , said that the announcement would be for a candidate " bitterly and adamantly opposed to Roe v Wade "

Where could that come from ? Out of thin air.

Then our embarrassment of a Senator , Richard saying it would threaten " rights" , as he went down the list one by one . As a lawyer, he knows that the SCOTUS isn't going to change the Constitution, but they may revisit previous decisions . That is a normal part of our Republic, that has been going on for hundreds of years. Court case after court case, revisited if need be. He can't help but base his opinion on ideology differences, not the reality that exists. That is that elections have consequences.

A free election. No Russians were in the voting booths, No Russians 100 feet from the polls , No KGB agents threatening voters. A win by the Electoral College ,as the Framers made sure that the people would be heard. And now the second SCOTUS appointment by the President , as a CONSEQUENCE of the election. The checks and balances are there, in full view, The Senate will confirm, a Senate elected in a free election, and their decision is a CONSEQUENCE of the election.

Progressives just can't stand it when they lose power. That's all this is. Like 2 year olds that haven't gotten their way.

Breaking with their House Republican counterparts, the Senate Intelligence Committee said Tuesday that the intelligence community properly concluded in January of last year that Russian President Vladimir Putin was trying to help Donald Trump when Moscow meddled in the 2016 election.

Key GOP senator unloads on Homeland Security for handling of separated immigrant families

Senate Homeland Security Chairman Ron Johnson voiced deep frustration at the Department of Homeland Security's handling of separated families at the southern border, saying the lack of progress in steps to reunite children with their parents "boggles my mind."

"We're not making progress in terms of reunification," Johnson, a Wisconsin Republican, told CNN on Monday, labeling the government's "lack of information" as "unsatisfactory."

"If they got a process, they're not revealing the process to me," Johnson said. "These are human beings. ... I'm just not getting the answers I would have thought they should have on the tips of their fingers. It boggles my mind. I just would assume that the connection in all these things are tracked -- and that the reunification would have been a relatively simple matter."


Asked if he had confidence in Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen, Johnson said: "I just want my questions answered." He signaled a willingness to hold a hearing with administration officials to get answers to his questions.

Johnson's criticism is significant because he's a close ally of the Trump administration, and wields a powerful committee gavel that could invite more scrutiny of the administration's mishandling of the situation at the border, which has drawn widespread criticism. He suggested his own manufacturing company did a better job tracking the use of plastics through the supply chain than the US government is doing in tracking migrant children separated from their parents.

While he acknowledged challenges in ensuring children are not given to the wrong adults, he said the Trump administration had failed to provide lawmakers with solid answers in a conference call last week.

"I have not been satisfied with the information that we've gotten," Johnson said. "I'm not particularly satisfied with that conference call that we had with other senators" either.

The government is scrambling to comply with a court order and come up with a reunion process by the end of the month for thousands of immigrant parents and kids it separated at the border. A judge ordered nearly two weeks ago that officials reunite the families, many of whom were separated a result of the Trump administration's "zero-tolerance" policy.

There can only be a report sent to the House if Mueller uncovers any " high crimes and misdemeanors " . The President can not be indicted until he is impeached and placed on trial in the Senate and found guilty. The election still stands, Pence becomes President, and Hillary is still walking her dogs in the woods.

The reality is that there isn't any smoking gun. If it has taken this long to try and invent a crime to fit the narrative how long do you think a House Impeachment proceeding and a trial in the Senate would take ? We are well into his second year , and the only hope would be that he would be unable to run in 2020.

Face reality. Dems lost the election, the SCOTUS appointments will stand , and there will not be anything that has been done by policy or legislative action that will be undone even if Dems get their dream of Impeachment.

The hardest part for Dems to accept is that their vision for a change in America towards leaning Progressively left will not happen at any time soon. They can't believe that the country doesn't see it their way. They have been rejected, will continue to be rejected, and will be subject to their MSM enablers leading the way towards anarchy.

CNN , last night as Erin closed out " Out Front " , you could see her getting all worked up about a NY Times story that says Trump took Putin's call without staff in the room, called them all " stupid " blah, blah, blah. Still pushing the narrative, still keeping the Russian hysteria speculation banner flying, trying to downplay a pivotal point in American history , the choosing of a new member of SCOTUS , and even more distressing to CNN and the lefty Dems, a shift to the right . They are besides themselves.

That was a good interview, thanks. I hope you watched the whole thing (covering NATO, tariffs and Putin). I actually like Lankford, I don't agree with all his positions, but he at least internally struggles to be honest.
And the interviewers were doing what a healthy press should be doing, exercising professional scepticism.

He was being honest when he said reuniting the families was complicated. Perhaps taking the kids away from parents wasn't such a great idea.
