That meeting was political theater. He referred to to it as his "studio" and said he got rave reviews for his "performance" in "Many letters from news anchors" that somehow got mailed and delivered in hours. Wow. Certainly not a manufactured event to show that he is not insane to debunk the Wolff book, no siree!
If anything it had the opposite effect - caving on things he was completely against literally just a few days before. So which is it? No DACA, then DACA? Wall, then no wall? They tried to make him look bipartisan, which he obviously is not, and ticked off his slowly shrinking base in the process. Not only does he not know what he's doing but neither do those advising him.

The only thing he is completely against is not being on TV.

You're kind of new at this deal making...negotiating....aren't you ?
          He's not.
Let him work and see what it looks like in the end. The lack of control, the reactionary response from Libs and yes, some Repubs is sometimes unbelievable.

Yep, this one is brainwashed, too far gone, unrecoverable. An MSM casualty. Can’t think critically on your own even when the evidence is right in front of you.

oh yeah....that whole Art of the Deal thing. How many bankruptcies and failed business ventures did he rack up? He's dealing with experienced politicians and is in over his head. He's just lucky the GOP controls Congress. It's the only thing saving his as-s, and even then he's gotten very little accomplished beyond the tax bill

Not the OP, but I read Fox. I also read MSNBC, CNN, listen to NPR. It's called being well-rounded.

What I have found is Fox's "Faux" reputation is off-base. They put pro-Right articles and opinions on there, and there's (my guess) 70% pro-Right content overall, it's not fake.

And, before you start calling me racist, I didn't vote for the Orange Guy and voted for Obama (once).

op here - agreed there is a big difference between being well rounded and studying different viewpoints (which I do as well). However it is something DJT and his base do not do. And when confronted with facts they can't handle it.

Well done! Not many have the interest in finding the truth. Anyone relying on one source these days is being misinformed. Proof:

You should try realclearpolitics it aggregates info from all sides.

Stop it. Bankruptcies and failed business ventures are part and parcel of capitalism. Experienced Politicians are just that, pandering for votes along with satisfying their lobbyists. One of the reasons Trump got elected is that, first off, he spent HIS OWN money. He was outspent by HRC . maybe twice as much. He doesn't care what he says. He doesn't apologize, he " Takes no prisoners " He absolutely DESTROYED the hopes and dreams of Progressive Dems. They are still not over it, some may never recover.

You speak like no Progressive, no Democratic linked business ever went bankrupt or didn't get off the ground. Need I go down the list of failed green Energy companies founded by Progressives and Dems that went belly up ? Cronies and friends of the Obama administration ?

Nothing accomplished but the Tax Bill ? SCOTUS ? Judicial appointments all over the country ? Taking away regulations , the pipeline , the list is quite lengthy. I posted last week that energy prices will be likely decreasing because Regulators will be adjusting them based on the new 21 % Corporate Tax. That story is posted in the media today, a week after I said it was going to happen.

More and more companies are increasing wages, giving bonuses , announcing major investments increasing their footprint.

next is Immigration. Another can kicked down the road by Obama .Instead he went for Obamacare, rammed down our throats with out any support from Repubs. And you wonder why it wasn't popular ? There is bipartisan support for Immigration Reform. It offers a tremendous opportunity to heal many old wounds, and put America on firm ground regarding so many related issues.

That’s a typical elitist response (even though I don’t think you fit the bill). Most of his base are actually very well informed and understand the constitution and the purpose of government more than most political factions.

If you think that is related only to the Trump base, you are extremely naive and inadvertently proving the point.

I remember the outrage when the monkey photoshop activity with the previous POTUS caused such an outrage.

                              This is just as racist...

How is this racist? It may be demeaning, undignified, disrespectful, but I wouldn't call
                                it racist.
