The technology changed greatly from the Bush administration to Obama - and the government isn't very adept at keeping up with changing technology either. What HRC did was allowed at the time; it no longer is.

Actually, no. Again, you think because I voted one way in this election, I always vote for Republican. I voted for Barack Obama, and honestly...I did it based on color. I know, short-sighted, but I felt it was time, I didn't love McCain. I didn't vote for him second time around. I voted for Slick Willy the second time, not the first. Dubya both times. Frankly, I'm offended that the implication that black have to vote for Hillary "to keep my message going" (Obama) or that "any women who voted for Trump did so because of their husbands" (Hillary, Michelle).

I do not see genders and colors. You do. I think that's shortsighted, because lots of qualified candidates from all genders, religions, cultural backgrounds, etc. are eliminated just because.
