So, you think it's OK to assign roles and to vote for people based on their color?

      99% ?

      WASHINGTON —

Twenty-eight Senate Democrats voted against confirming a new judge to sit on the federal bench in South Carolina on Thursday — admitting their votes had nothing to with the nominee’s record or his qualifications.

For many, the vote was partly about his race.

Prior to the vote on Thursday, Minority Leader Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., pointed out that as of February 14, 83 percent of President Donald Trump’s confirmed nominees were male and 92 percent of them were white.

Jill Stein as well. At first it was about the nomination of HRC (Bernie suppoat) then it moved into making sure she lost the election

Would you rather have to take on HRC or DT? Clearly Russia knew they preferred DT hands down.

Duh. Why would they want to tangle with a president that knew how to do the job when they could have DT in all his egomaniacal chaotic glory?

Seoul, South Korea (CNN) — US President Donald Trump and his administration are "begging for nuclear war," North Korea's Foreign Ministry said Saturday.

Trump is "staging an extremely dangerous nuclear gamble on the Korean peninsula," a Foreign Ministry spokesman said in a written statement that also calls Trump a "nuclear demon" and a "disruptor of global peace."

                Today

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has agreed to meet with South Korea's president next month and impose a moratorium on nuclear and missile tests if his country holds talks with the United States, a senior South Korean official said Tuesday after returning from the North.

The agreements, which follow a flurry of cooperative steps taken by the Koreas during last month's Pyeongchang Winter Olympics, brightened prospects for a dialogue between North Korea and the U.S. over the North's nuclear program.

As a refresher, the Individual Mandate was the requirement under the ACA (also know as Obamacare) that individuals must sign up for health insurance or face a tax penalty. The Mandate was repealed last month by Republicans as part of their tax reform bill, and it takes full effect in 2019.

Replace is the hard part. There is good reason health care change moves at a snails pace.
Destruction is easy. Creating and sustaining a health care system that works is so.very difficult. DT's "who knew" comment is just weak and pathetic.

Signups for ACA 2018 enrollment were nearly equal to 2017, despite "shortening the enrollment period by half, the administration cut by 90 percent federal spending on advertising and other outreach activities to urge consumers to sign up. It cut funding for enrollment “navigators” by about two-fifths. "

The unexpected popularity of the ACA's marketplaces at a time of intense political turmoil surrounding the 2010 law drew swift praise from its proponents. The enrollment tally so far “makes it crystal clear that Americans demand and support the quality, affordable health insurance and consumer protections the ACA offers,” said Robert Restuccia, executive director of Community Catalyst, a large grass roots health-care advocacy group.

“This is a remarkable result given the Administration’s efforts to sabotage enrollment by gutting outreach, creating chaos and confusion, cutting off subsidies for low-income families and shortening the enrollment period,” Rep. Frank Pallone Jr. (D-N.J.), the ranking Democrat on the House Energy and Commerce Committee, said in a statement.

GOP to blame as well. They've had years to come up with solutions but have not. When the Orangeman didn't press them on it of course they continued to sit on their hands. Funny thing leadership. Sometimes you can get others to do things, like, their jobs.

They are totally to blame. the lot of them. Prez, gop, congress, voters. We will end up back with the ER being the place where health care is delivered for routine illness and we will still all pay an arm and a leg for it and it will be ridiculously over priced poor care.
