If the Chines Communist Party or Islamic terrorists incited a mob to attack our elected officials on the day our country was set to formally declare a presidential winner and used social media to plan the event and tell the rioters while they were rioting that he loved them and they were very special, thus leading to more violence, I'm sure you would agree that those responsible and set loose the mob should be brought to justice. You do agree that Trump incited his followers to storm the Capitol which caused the death of an officer. Right? Then you must also agree with Lawrence Tribe, a Harvard law professor, who concludes that the First Amendment doesn't protect Trump and he can be tried for what happened after he instructed his supporters to march on the Capitol.
