The big question is how quickly will people start going back to restaurants. That would a better metric to asses how fast the bounce will be. If people are comfortable going back to restaurants, they will be likely to fly, take cruises, etc.

Politically I think this helps Trump. Independents are more likely to allow Trump to bring the economy back than hand it over to an unproven new regime.
