When news got out about the Brazilians at Mar Lago, Trump looked terrified at the press conference that day, only stayed a minute then ran over staff members to get out of there. He's been heard yelling at staff anytime someone clears their throat and he goes ape sh*t if you cough around him. He's chicken sh*t.

His nearly immediate travel ban sure is working out nicely. Not. Tens of thousands of returning travelers jammed into long lines at international airports. Strange how that can happen when you give nobody any notice of such a drastic move. God forbid he stretch it out a little while so airports could staff up, get more cleaning supplies and thermometers.

The Trump administration has offered a German medical company “large sums of money” for exclusive access to a Covid-19 vaccine, German media have reported.

The German government is trying to fight off what it sees as an aggressive takeover bid by the US, the broadsheet Die Welt reports, citing German government circles.

The US president had offered the Tübingen-based biopharmaceutical company CureVac “large sums of money” to gain exclusive access to their work, wrote Die Welt.

According to an anonymous source quoted in the newspaper, Trump was doing everything to secure a vaccine against the coronavirus for the US, “but for the US only”.

The German government was reportedly offering its own financial incentives for the vaccine to stay in the country.

At the time the UK had many more cases than several countries on the ban. Under pressure he's now included the UK. The Feds control Border and Custom Control, not the local airport authorities.

Yes they're such experts at the complexities of US government agencies, staffing, legal blockades etc. The FDA only just lifted the old rules 3 DAYS AGO to fast track outside labs and universities to do Covid testing. That should have been allowed two weeks ago. Trump and Pence said it was happening, but it only just happened now.
