Not being stubborn or oppositional just being factual
Bolton is writing and will release a book , but what the govt is reviewing is a manuscript not a book. The manuscript has a lot of info that is being vetted by various agencies which will strike any classified info( normal procedure)
When they are done Bolton will put together a book with what info is left
That’s what is actually going on
