Between bright red line, Russian meddling, dossiers paid for by Democratic Party and his authorization of campaign spying as well as the no response to Crimea occupation, sale of uranium to Putin, and the Benghazi embassy debacle,he was terrible on foreign policy. Did nothing but let foreign leaders take advantage of the us and he smiled in their face. Of course they loved him. Weak on immigration, weak on domestic policy as race relations faltered under him. He had the benefit of rate near zero for 8 years and couldn’t get 3 percent gdp growth. Debt skyrocketed under him.
