After the Clinton Impeachment, the old Special Prosecutor Regulations were tossed out. The Dems didn't appreciate all the dirt that came out about Clinton.

That's one of the reasons Mueller was referred to as a " Special Counsel" not " Special Prosecutor " .
Barr is within the Law to go through the Report and make a summary to Congress. It isn't about him at all. Congress may not like it, but Congress wrote the regulations.

The Dems are now so desperate, that after the House, Senate, and Mueller investigations , they have come up empty. Looking for " obstruction" is pure nonsense, as there wasn't any finding regarding " Collusion ", so what was " obstructed " ?

It has all come crumbling down for the Dems. There is nothing here, nothing there. Two years of " bombshells" , " breaking news " , " sources" , the " walls are closing in ",
" indications of evidence" " , on and on. And how about Murphy and Blumenthal ? They should resign before the next Fund raiser they host for illegals.

If Barr were to release every single page of the Mueller Report, then the Democrats will just shift the narrative to Mueller is a Republican and his report biased. They already are.

No doubt mistakes made by Chicago PD meant the case would get tossed out of court. DA made a deal which included no criminal record. His portion of the bond was only $10K and he still has to do community service. Not exactly justice but he's broke and jobless, so there's that.

Unless some better explanation surfaces, here�s the lesson of this weird turn in the Smollett case: You can contrive a hate crime, make it a national news, get caught and-if you are a well-connected celebrity-get off for $10K and have your record expunged and files sealed.
