emergencies dont get tied up in court- he has free reign -its after the fact that they go to court

He has not evoked emergency power nor will he because it is not an emergency. Multiple analyses have shown even if they started tomorrow and went balls to the wall it wouldn't be up for at least two years and a really a 5-10 year timeline is more realistic if he got funding for the entire border. You can't erect a structure like that over night - engineering studies etc need to happen plus hiring, equipment, supplies.... Meanwhile court battles would proceed.

Well, if he declares an emergency to use American tax money to pay for the wall he promised Mexico would buy, and if he uses the emergency to implement pet projects around the objections of Congress, then that's a clear path for Democratic Presidents to use declarations of emergency to tackle our gun-violence emergency and your healthcare emergency.

If you look up the definition of Term Limits in the dictionary, you’ll find Pelosi’s picture there. Talking about accomplishing nothing with her career. Where she lives has become an absolute craphole. She hates walls, but has a huge one around her house. Makes a small salary but is somehow worth millions. She has milked the system at your expense and you love it.

The Gov can’t function this way. Congress is interested in one thing. Getting re-elected. They don’t want to do anything that will get in the way of that so they vote accordingly. Better to stand for nothing than actually do something and piss people off and fail. Obama is a great example of that. 8 years and did nothing at all except make himself rich and become a groupie for the NBA. His signature achievement is an utter failure but Congress won’t fix it because they would require taking a stand. People in both parties spar with each other. Wait until warren, Beto, Sanders and Biden campaign against each other. Hopefully the DNC doesn’t use HRC’s server for their emails next time.

Let the man get some things through and then he can either succeed or fail on his own and then get re-elected or booted out on his own merits. I’m telling you he is headed for re-election. Not the poster but I totally agree on some of what you said. Term limits are absolutely needed. I'd like to see them for SCOTUS as well. the founding fathers never foresaw that people could run for office well into their 80s when the average life expectancy then was 40. We also desperately need real campaign finance reform. Big money has taken over government. But how will it ever happen when Congress is voting on changes that impact them? Voters are tired of not being heard, their votes not counting (popular vs electoral college, gerrymandering and voter suppression).

As for re-election, with the EC I agree he could win but he'd lose the popular vote even worse than before. Can his ego handle that?. Even more so if the Dems can't field a good candidate. They're their own worst enemy right now. Yet at the same time he seems tired of it all, longing to return to his old life.

Study the documents - Mueller has much more on Stone and team Trump. Banon and Don Jr are in it deep too. Stone is a showman (google images of him). He can't go to prison. If he goes to trial it won't be for many more months. What if he Trump doesn't run or isn't re-elected, or doesn't have the political wherewithal to grant a pardon to Stone?
