Also thought they would get the Cuban vote after the great communityy organizer tried to normalize relations with Cuba and trump said woah....wait a minute and reversed that course. As for the subtractions, those that are newly encarcerated lose the privledge of voting and most of them would have supported a democrat that wants to give them the right back.
