He was charged on suspicion, the Police are not giving details because the claim is being investigated. In LA county the police mandatorily are required to arrest any suspect if an accuser calls saying such. Even more so coming from smaller countries where your native language is never spoken outside your borders. Also, she claimed to have a degree in architecture but there's no evidence that she actually graduated - understandable since she started modeling at 16 and moved to Milan at 18. It seems she attended the university for a year at the most.

Of course they did and then they quickly took it down once reporters started to investigate it. I understand Spanish decently and some German, but I'd never claim to be fluent or anything close. So what if she was "just" a model? They looked far more foolish trying to create a fabricated story.
