The problem with your rant is that it leaves out one of the most important aspects of the difference between the economy under Obama and so far under Trump.
That is GDP growth.
Additonally across the board the economy is just out performing the Obama record in many , many sectors. Tariffs ? You must be tuned into the MSM talking head doubters. In fact , they have been wrong on so many issues regarding this President. From day one Krugan said the market would crash. We were told that he was showing to get us nuked by North Korea. No chance in the Middle East. The Climate Accord pull out was wrong. The dumping of the Iran deal would be a huge problem.

Tariffs are a bargaining chip being used to try and return some of the billions and billions of American dollars, stolen from the pockets of American workers , verified by our crumbling manufacturing and industrial base, and severely lacking infastructure. This has been going on since the early 1990’s when China started their increase in trading.

They have gleaming new cities, airports, highways and an emerging middle class built with American dollars, while Democrats will always have a program and a check , backed by borrowing from the Chinese , rather that take back some of which we have given up.

If you do not see the peril of hundreds of billions of dollars year after year in trade deficits, and the. Continued theft and abuse of American intellectual property, then I suggest you spend your time and a couple of thousand to see Michelle Obama on her upcoming book tour.
