Everyone wants to beat the virus but people with brains realize that shutting the economy down entirely for months without a vaccine will only force businesses to lose, job losses, and more and bigger stimulus packages that the middle and upper classes can no longer afford to pay for with Biden’s ridiculous increase in taxes ..... and their is no chance that the cutoff stays at $400k ..... when he realizes he needs a lot more cash that bar will get lowered quickly and substantially and become far broader as well. You’re about as bright as Biden. The tax cuts helped 95%+ of the people. If it didn’t help you, you need a new accountant. Small business owners benefitted the most with the 20% deduction on pass through income. Biden is claiming not to tax people making less than 400K if he wins. First of all, that is a lie, because without closing loopholes, that wouldn’t generate nearly enough money. But secondly, even if he kept to that, what would happen is that he would raise corporate taxes and eliminate the pass through deduction which would mean most people would make less money to begin with. It’s called a political truth. Not raising taxes, but ensuring they don’t make as much money to begin with is the same thing. Smh.
