Here is a thought
Very soon testing will be available at home with the health department not being about to access or know your results.
Think pregnancy test. Can purchase anonymous and results are yours and private
Once this takes place no one will ever share that they test positive
Hopefully when they do, they do the right thing, but the health department will get pushed out of positive test results very soon.

Please tell me this would not apply to girls' high school soccer. Thank goodness we don't live in the UK....

Weddings, school, funerals and organized team sports are exempt, and larger gatherings will also be allowed if the household or “support bubble” is larger than six.

Ct positivity rate has doubled today, highest it has been in months. This will only get worse not that kids are back in school and playing sports

Let’s see if I can cherry pick a couple.
Today’s 89 positives is 24% below 7-day average cases (111)
Or
Testing today (5943) was down 56% from 7-day average of 13,498 test per day
Do you think that affected the positivity rate?
