Those coaches are 100% gone. KB headed to Bayside, MC headed to Hartford Athletic with TW. I am sure Oakwood will carry on but with this change in coaching at this time they will take some serious hits. Going to get uglier before it gets better.

People here are putting way to much into the coaches at a premier club. Those guys are underpaid and are a dime a dozen. Especially at the younger ages. They can be replaced in 5 minutes.

Any real club would not miss those coaches. Those coaches were a significant part of the problem.

Yes and no. There's always some turnover with coaching this time of year but multiple ones leaving at once isn't a good look - even more so if the league(s) they participate in aren't on steady ground either.
