As a club you should be putting alot of effort into developing your best. This should motivate the others to work harder. I think the same in schools. Teach to your best students and the others will rise to the challenge. In America we hold back the best and teach to the rest.

Who determines the best, is it which family opens their wallet the most so their kid can get invited to the special practices or games. Based on record seems the best weren’t playing.

We are talking scholarships right? Class of 2021 scholarships are all gone. Go ahead and count just getting into program but you can do that at anytime. I thought the discussion was about something meaningful.
