Please name one good coach on boys side. At least coaches on girls side could say team made playoffs boys side can’t. Both older boys DA teams were under 500 for their respective records. KB is crap along with his staff Uncle Tom and Bipolar Boy.

NYSC is a step down for girls. OW finished ahead of them in all age groups.
It's many steps down. Have fun with that crowd.

Cute how the OW model culminates with every OW player going to a USYNT, college and finally making the "Full USA Team": https://www.oakwoodsoccer.com/. No other clubs in the world can offer that. And people eat this stuff up.

Oakwood can get your kid to Endicott where parents still pay 100%. And along the way you spend weekends in rochester

If college soccer/pro is the goal, it's more efficient to go to a prep school and play for BRFC. Their college commitments far exceed both BS DA and OW DA combined.

Nothing at all wrong with D3 soccer, not all athletes aspire to play at D1 schools, wether they play CFC, OW or FSA. There are some that decide they do not want to play in college, everyone is different... by the way most private colleges give academic money, so if your kid has half a brain they wouldn’t be paying 100% tuition anyway, comes down to about the same price as state schools, so before you decide that you think people are paying 100% tuition, do a little research, btw looks like that school has plenty of FSA, Oakwood and CFC ECNL players on the roster

Yes go waste all that time at places like ow and fsa and money to club owners to play at endicott. Stupid people

Certainly isn’t a waste of time if it is something your child wants and enjoys, no different than paying for weekly music lessons or dance lessons and the end result is something the kid wants.. not many D1 soccer coaches will entertain a nursing student or someone who wants to study abroad, so you see here are many reasons why some one might pick a D3 school over a D1.. all about long term goals. Only looking to enjoy the college experience as when it is done soccer is over and adult life begins

Btw you forgot CFC ...plenty on the rosters of D3 schools

Is it worth the headache of playing at OW if the end is D-3. They could play at FSA or CFC for that same end.

I would think that whatever club is most convenient would be the choice, not everyone wants to drive hours for practice

Moving the goal posts, are we?

"We should play at OW out of convenience."

                          ^^^^^^
That's a pretty low standard now that you can't make playoffs in the DA. Fail at producing pros and move kids onto to D3's. Congratulations on lower bar!

Btw my kid doesn’t play for OW, my post is just common sense, which seems most on TS don’t have.

You don’t produce pros- they have god given ability sense and athleticism
The most a club can do is hone the talent and make the smarter but you can’t produce them if they don’t come thru the door

CFC is convenient. There was a good kick ball league in rocky hill so we just joined sports world. Saved us about 20min.
