At U17 there is another st NEFC and NYCFC with nearly the same numbers. That means they all beat up on the same bad teams. Look at the stats for this kid from MA - she leads all of DA at U19 but she has games at or even above double digits.

Again, play bad teams and it can be done. Score alot of goals in TX or the SW? That's a player.

It is CB azzhat! She is 6'2" and skilled as heck. She beats up on bad teams also. She shoots 40 times a game also. Your point is? The DA sucks all over the US. We played against her and she was extremely dangerous but held without a goal. Every time she touched it, you better be ready. LK is 3 years younger and even if she doesn't make it to CB level (time will tell), she will have her choice of school I'm sure. You hate to hate, but if she were your daughter, you'd be whistling a different tune. If your kid did a 1/2 of what LK could, you would be very proud. LK will get a free ride to college and I'm sure its already penciled in as many teams #1 recruit.

Looks like there are at least 3 NYCFC girls who were recruited back in October already. I think her time is running out for a free ride

You think you know the process, but you don't. Time is on her side for now... or maybe she just didn't announce? Other than AS, the next Northeast kid is LK in the 04 age group. It isn't even close after that. A couple CFC kids (1 that OSU is looking at and a couple others).

The NE in U17 almost had 4 teams make the final 8. (PDA,FC Stars,World Class and CFC)
They will all finish in the top ten.....I guess they did alright against the mighty teams outside of the NE, which included TX and Cali....haha

OW has never had good coaching. Back in the day, they owned the market. The best players went there because there weren't as many premier clubs. It was THE club in CT. The talent that they were lucky to "coach" glossed over their coaching ability- or rather lack of coaching ability.

The only thing that has changed is the number of clubs in this same sized market has gone up. Their biggest problem is that their coaching is under the microscope and they're getting found out embarrassingly. They never had to truly coach before and the DA came around and is exposing their inability to create a consistent quality product coming out of their clutches.

It's time they sell to one of the big dogs.

Either a franchise based club from out of state i.e. GPS/NEFC or become a true affiliate of an MLS academy club where said organization sends their coaches in to solve the problem of OW coaching at present.

Completely agree, parents of former and current players on coaching staff as well. Style of play ugly, get ball to their select players not necessarily the best on team or most skilled. According to coaches have those select players "do their thing" and kick it over the top to striker. No creativity or possession style. When they are on the defense the players are told to chase the ball around like a chicken with its head cut off. Jokewood lol
