If you're interchangeable with most of the roster then no playing up
2) The club thinks it won't cause a flood of other requests and hurt feelings. This almost never happens.
3) They don't have enough players to fill rosters

They also need to see what happens when they bring the player up so typically they will start by mixing it up with both age groups.

Know of a few situations at clubs where kids plays up (FSA, Ginga, Sporting, CFC). Doesn’t happen a lot, but it’s usually a kid that someone at some point deemed to be “special”. Oakwood however is in another class of its own. They have a ton of kids playing up across multiple team; to the point where you question if it’s truly necessary. They can’t all be that special.

Wow, Oakwood got expensive!
https://74060a8a-833a-4a70-95fb-058a...093787adc1.pdf ...... and new club members need to buy kits. I bet it costs at least as much as CFC and FSA now.
