Well maintained complex. Average life on turf fields is about 10 years depending on use. They typically plow them which certainly beats them up.

None is better than the other, because there isn't a standard that they all agree on and can be measured to. CFC is college driven, FSA is facility based, Oakwood is soccer based. They aren't the same. Choose the one that you think your kid will benefit from and enjoy.
