One plays LAX, but clubs give their better players leeway. My kid lettered in three sports plus soccer while playing for a big three club, although club LAX might be a bit of a stretch, I had another kid playing town club while also A team big 3, so it's possible.

There's two threads on this.

The short of it is, Wilton's program has been marred by unsportsmanship by players and parents for 2-3 years. Apparently, in their last game, this trend continued as two thugs allegedly got red cards for brawling and a dad seems to have been arrested for allegedly assaulting a coach from Wilton's opponent. http://www.thehour.com/sports/amp/Fi...e-12306914.php

Were you there? Doubtful. Don't jump to conclusions. The fathers actions are clearly documented and he was arrested. I see nothing specific about what took place on the field, it's sketchy at best. If someone was actually there and saw what transpired perhaps you can shed some light on specifics. There's a big difference between being an instigator and defending yourself. Also, not at all defending the fathers actions, but to attack the assistant coach, you'd think that perhaps there's more to the story.

the Wilton coach who has no control over wilton parents or the Ludlowe coach who was assaulted by an Ahole wilton parent?
the field supervisor for the home team also has fault in this not recognizing how this thing was heating up
lots of meetings this AM at both schools i would imagine

Coaches should not be on the field, even to break up a fight, unless they are given permission to enter the field by the Officials.

my conclusion is all 3 kids are goons, plain and simple. Don't need to be there to know that. It's a goon program (Wilton) - been now proven several times.

Yeah, it seems like the kind of play you expect in ECNL, the opposite of technical.
