You have 2 Wilton thugs swinging on a Ludlowe player while one of the thugs has the Ludlowe player in a headlock. The Ludlowe coach did not manhandle the Wilton linebackers, believe me.

Please know we are not all like Felon Dad...but many are. Sidelines are horrible. AD is pathetic this problem was created when a hand picked parent group was able to pick the new coach RT. The parents were in part made up of the complaining parents who ousted the last coach. Don't be fooled JS and SA have their dirty little hands all over both the boys and girls side. RT and SV are JS minions. Buy in to SA and get further...Who knows what the deal is with the AD. Stick your head in the sand and hope it all goes away. I am embarrassed for myself and the other sane parents in town and wish there was a year long club program for our kids as opposed to suffering through the painful fall HS program. Wish it was different and could have some Pride...

There's two threads on this.

The short of it is, Wilton's program has been marred by unsportsmanship by players and parents for 2-3 years. Apparently, in their last game, this trend continued as two thugs allegedly got red cards for brawling and a dad seems to have been arrested for allegedly assaulting a coach from Wilton's opponent. http://www.thehour.com/sports/amp/Fi...e-12306914.php

No year long club program? Spend much time on Talking Soccer? That's all that's talked about here. Do you mean town premier in Wilton? I agree though that high school soccer sucks. At my kid's school, some of the best club players ride the pine while more physical thoroughbred basketball and lacrosse players get the playing time because if you don't have enough talented players to play possession, you boot it to the big, fast girls up top and hope for the best.

Yes. Your kid runs into a 50/50 standing straight up? Those can also be very defensive postures .... you can not tell from the pics if they ran through the kid with the elbows to the head or the high foots went though their noses. It's soccer, stuff happens. Guess what, happens a lot in the men's pro leagues and international games too .... try watching a game sometime.
