Maybe not and they certainly don’t see the politics from inside the club which we ALL knows plays a huge role in rosters and other decisions etc…but they see strategy, formation, inability to adjust to the game, patterns, and more than you think .
Parents like to think they have a lot more knowledge of the game than the coaches think they have. Coaches are not infallible by any means. They make mistakes just like you and me.

What I do know is that when you give someone an unnecessary boost you are robbing them of the most important experience - failure. Failure drives us us to personally improve. Over a longer time horizon, what incentive does a player have to improve if their role feels safe and protected? Please take the winter to think this over and emerge for spring with the real team rosters please. Enough of this senseless decision making.
”Politics” is such a lazy narrative. Makes me giggle.

The latter is more of an FSA thing as you know relative to Farmington and WeHa, but there are some signs of it at OW with SoWi. You see it’s not a lazy narrative because it’s representative of the things that don’t add up that everyone sees - even you area competitors see it and wonder. Oh…you didn’t realize…we all talk too.

How’s this then: a child of a coach at the club, parent paid sponsorships, sibling of a kid that was good, a client receiving private training, or unnecessarily boosting a kid because of what town they are from.

Don’t get me wrong. There is real talent at this club, but it’s being squandered. Those kids will then all leave next year because talent wants to play with talent. For some reason the best kids are dispersed across their teams and even age groups. I get playing kids up, but that comes with a cost. What I don't get is sprinkling your best players over 2 or 3 teams. When I say best, it’s not just my opinion, it’s the players themselves who see it. I hope this winter the ownership takes a road trip to watch combined practices by age group. If they can correctly guys which team everyone is on I’d be floored.

The 2010 team is competitive. The 2009 team is just sad. I saw the top 2013 team play last year and they have some potential.
