You can hire better coaches, build more fields, and modernize your indoor facility, but when you continue to freely structure your teams to get crushed at tournaments and league games because you do not put the best of the group together you will not grow this club. Reputation is everything and right now everyone knows if you have a boy that FSA is where you want to go. Change starts from within. Play your best available together.

I am going to put a few dollars more in my envelop for you. You know what to do. We have to get this club back to its glory days. It’s hard to do that when you don’t put the best available together as the other poster suggested. We see this in multiple age groups, so it’s not just some angry mom.
