That is unfortunate. I'm surprised STA would accept such a stipulation in their takeover terms. They are really only getting a badge and below average facilities at this point. Waiting another year is basically handcuffing the new directors at the outset.

Well that gives them time to buy some land and build a real facility I guess. Not really handcuffing anything if you think about it that way. Looking forward to hearing more on that angle. The rest will solve itself.
