This is true. The coaching is abhorrent. Kids have no discipline and no structure. Club is so far off the rails not sure it can be fixed without new leadership.

They should let that kid with the dreads who plays u12 13 14 and 15 coach too. He runs the program already.

The funny part is he was like not even top 5 in his age group 2 years ago. But all the better kids left and now here you go. Sad commentary on the talent at OW these days.

modernization of the program. Stop the kickball crap and teach These kids how to play the game. Need the coaches to do that but also need to get rid of the fossils that are running the program.
