The problem OW has is the coaches aren't developing teams. They don't stop the kids from bickering with each other, they don't stop very selfish play, they don't praise kids who pass up a good shot for a great shot. They only celebrate the goal scorer. They don't care about defensive shape or defense at all period. What I have seen is essentially a 100% kick and run game with the entire team trying to score a goal every time they touch the ball no matter where they are on the field. The kids don't really like each other and they are super selfish. This doesn't age well.
