    What are the rules for ECNL /ECRL players attending ID events or practices, and tryouts with other ECNL/ECRL clubs?

      My kid who played on a RL team at a club where RL was the highest level was not allowed to go to attend an ECNL ID event at a different club. This was 2 years ago.
