The 'Book' should not be thrown at the entire team or program. I am sure the coach and school authoirites will handle this incident appropiately. As some else stated, the bottom line is Fletcher howed real class by moving forward and continuing to compete in the tournament. They showed very well so maybe these players that got sent home was actually a good thing for this team.

These types of incidents whether it be disciplinary, grades, flu etc. are the things that stay within the 'family' (or team) that no one else knows about. Trust me it will be handled and stay within the Fletcher family/ that's how it works all over.

Any instance that involves drugs or alcohol usually results in the students having to go to the "alternative school" for several weeks. I would hope that they are at least suspended for that period of time, and not allowed on the practice field or on the bench for games.
It really is a teaching opportunity for the coach and school, as these are really talented players that need to learn self control, lest they follow in the footsteps of other athletes that can't control themselves and blow a great opportunity. Coach Levine has a great rep as a coach, let's see how he and the school handle it.

Vanguard beat Lecanto twice this year by a combined score of 11-4. REALLY bad team.
