1. Mitchell Has top 2 of the 3 scorers back. Won the division last year with key players returning.
2. Alonso all key players coming back.
3. St Pete Lost some key players but I look for them to rebound and could challenge

The 2 teams going to regionals will be from the above 3 mentioned.
4. Countryside Lost to many key seniors, will need a very strong freshman class to contend.
5 Sickles Lost to many key seniors, will need a very strong freshman class to contend.
6. Gaither Needs help.

Some of the players on Gaither are on this so called special assignment to go to school here from out of their district .Wait and "SEE" what happens ?

Some of the players on Gaither are on this so called special assignment to go to school here from out of their district .Wait and "SEE" what happens ?

I have heard that both Sickles and Gaither have players on special assignment to go to these schools. Do you know something about this? Is something in the works?

Alonso lost three players to graduation, all non starters. Based on their performance last year, they should take the division.

St Pete is not the same St Pete team we know from the past. They lost key players and returning players are not as good or committed.

Countryside lost key players but look for their younger players to step up. Countryside will take second or third.

Sickles lost key players to graduation. Like Mitchell, they had their chance last year. Rebuilding year.

This should be an excellent chance to see how the Berkeley team stacks up.

St Petersburg is a good team but their Brazilian player will not be able to carry this team through the season at least not to a first place finish. Not enough talent to compliment her ability.
Mitchell always a tough physical team and yes they did score lots of goals against very weak competition, but did not against district teams, losing almost half their team it could be a tough season for them in district games.
Alonso as posted above only lost 3 seniors all non starters. Plenty of talent but do need some players to fill some key positions. I agree if they can get a few quality freshman they should win this district.
Countryside has very talented players, yes they did lose some key players, like their keeper, but they do have another solid player to take her place. They need some talented freshmen to help this season.
Sickles always talented but to many issues with coaching, this team never seams to perform to their full potential. This team also lost a very talented keeper.
Gaither was very up and down last year, probably a long season ahead of them.

The Brazilian player is very good but she has never carried or would be expected to carry the high school team or her club team. Overrated just like her older sister.
