Muscular intense sparkplug of a player. Powerful and determined when he's got the ball. Settles awkwardly bouncing balls well and has great touch at speed. Ignore him at your peril. He's one of the better finishers on the RSL U17 team. Your markers will need lots of backup.
Looks like they didn't need backup against GJ strikers, and they were masculine.
JL is far more dangerous (offensively) than any player on the GJ team.

      I believe that I called a 3-1 game correctly.....Semi-finals, Wharton 2, Jesuit 1

I agree with this score. I have seen both teams play this year. The strong District that Wharton plays in prepared them well for their recent run.

        Compared to Jesuit's weak district:

        Jefferson 0-11-0 .000 0-7-0 .000 11 72 11 L (L) 0-6 -

Wharton's players AB and Joey L have too much speed for Jesuit defense. Score will be 2-1 or 3-1 Wharton.

When I predicted the score, I hadn't seen Auburndale play, but I had heard numerous reports about their team.....I had seen Wharton play a handful of times and knew that they would be full strength, finally.....I believe that Jesuit is a very talented team, but I think that Wharton will have the hunger and Jesuit will be a little arrogant

            Wharton 2
            Jesuit 1

You obviously don't know the Jesuit team very well. There is no arrogance. They know they are fortunate to be in the postion they are in, and Wharton has their full attention. This matchup is similar to the East Lake game, and JL and AB are known quantities to the Jesuit defenders. The game will be a good one. Hopefully, the Jesuit squad can shake this flu/strep situation they have battled for the last three games. Many players were taking IV fluids at the half of the Southeast game. They battled back from deficits to beat East Lake, Palm Harbour, and Bradenton Southeast.

Yeah, their district is weak, but I think they made up for it with their tournament wins over quality opponents (Gaither, George Jenkins, Seminole, AH - DelRay, Melbourne, Fernandina Beach) and their regional playoff wins (East Lake, Palm Harbour University, and a surprisingly good Bradenton Southeast team who ran a beautiful offensive game similar to St. Stephen's style of play). The game against Wharton should be a tight match.

jesuit is definately an overrated team without a doubt.. i mean for being ranked in the 5th in the nation they are not as good as they were back in 2001..i saw their regional championship game against Bradenton Southeast it was a really good match up. southeast had some speed on the wings and up front, jesuit's goalie made some key saves but i think the refs. definetely gave jesuit their 3rd goal because it was an obvious offsides call..the final score was jesuit-3 and southeast-2..a very physical and exciting game southeast could have tied up the game in stoppage time but again their goalie made the save..i predict
                    wharton-2
                    jesuit-1
