American Heritage Delray Beach red cards

According to reports and the following newspaper link two AH-DB players were red carded near the end of their match v. St. Edwards.

    http://www.tcpalm.com/news/2008/feb/06/ ... semifinal/

According the article both reds were given for taunting...I don't know the official ruling...is taunting grounds for a straight red, or is it just a yellow? Also, how in the world did St. Ed's go up 2-0??

Both AH-DB players will miss tomorrow's match v. Palmer Trinity and, should they win, a State Semi-final matchup v. either Providence or Maclay.

    Lucky shot

Heritage coach is more lucky than the player's mistake cross that end up in the back of the net. I cant believe the number of missed opportunities by AH ... i think we should have won with the two goal lead but Lady luck was with either the player or the coach...congrats AH team

per the original post, at least 2 games which would be at least through the first final four game.

I heard that St. Ed's got two early chances and finished them both then bunkered the rest of the game.

I also heard that the AHD players taunted the crowd because the home crowd had been cheering against them the rest of the game? True or not just what I heard.

everything you said is true the crowd was being very ridiculous towards the players and they were just caught in the moment of tying the game so late.

were the ejections after the tying goal, or the go ahead goal?

parents can be so ugly and embarrassing. They should not taunt specific players on the field - what kind of role model/example does this set for kids these days. I'm mad those players felt so threatened that they taunted back - but those parents should be embarrassed about their behavior - but my guess is - they are bragging about how they encited those kids into red cards.
