Although Melbourne is a very good team their competition seemed weak. 3-A was a very tough bracket, excluding Trinity Catholic.

They were the highest scoring players in the State Final four Tourny. Price is a forward and Abernethy is a midfield.
You're more than welcome to watch this video - it has video of the three goals: http://www.baynews9.com/VideoPlayer/?HS_Scoreboard_219

Thank you for the correction, Abernethy was still very impressive center midfielder having five goals, none the less Price is still a great player.

the two verot players were above average but nothing special... 15 was just fast and used the same move every time and the other kid finished a ball well, thats it

so let me get this right. if you scuk at everything skillwise except finishing your a good player? you look stupid right now. i shut down 15 the whole game he wasnt good the kid doyle has a long throw and thats it and abernathy finished ONE ball, the other was an own goal dont take credit for it. and btw, we have kids actually playing in college, i know for a fact verot doesnt have a single one

How about Division 1 Jacksonville University and the University of North Florida as well as other colleges still being discussed...So much for what you "know". By the way if you were the man marker for #15, great job on the consistent holdings. You hid it well from the ref's but it was clear as day from the stands. Good luck next season if you're not a senior!

Verot had played the best teams in 3-A and always had a good result, for the stats, state championship seems much better of a stat then .5 goals against average for the season. When it came down to it Levine and the entire Episcopal team were just a less-average group of players for the most part who play well together, Ball was good though. The Verot team also had many weak links, but had 4 or 5 players who carried the team, goalie, sweeper, #1,8, and 15. SHould most certainly not be Levine.
