Moron?? When you don't even understand what is being said, how can you call anyone names??
I will explain point that was being made so you can understand.
St Thomas is not that good. They were knocked out of Tournament last year by Satellite. Viera was open last year. With Satellite moving to 3A, they could not even get out of Semi's. Summary: A bad Satellite team knocked St Thomas out last year, same bad team that could not even get out of Semis this year.

Did I go slow enough for you?
Viera was open last year also & they oly had 3 losses to Melbourne because they never played anyone else all year

why would you come on here and criticize one team? the kids from st thomas played
their hearst out as did west boca. it was a thrilling game with west boca making one more play than st thomas.

when you get this far in the playoffs the team that wins is usually the one that
can outlast the other. west boca rallied at the end, but st thomas has quality players
and gave it it everything they had. last year has nothing to do with this year except that st thomas also lost that game in pks.

many of the boca kids and st thomas girls play club together or against each other.

it was a great game played by kids that invested alot of emotion and that is what should be celebrated not criticized.

Outside of change of Goalie (height) to Sunrise U17 or Renegade U16 keeper who on bench could have changed the game.

Also what I mean is St Thomas starts played a very good attacking style and won many of the 50/50 balls at midfield. THey had tremendous skill and speed at forward and midfield.

Yes but coaching decision last 10 minutes to put best player #18 in goal and risk her getting injured on a collision and then put starting keeper on field is puzzling or downright stupid I'm sorry ARROGANT.

If you think the height of a keeper can change a shootout.....that's hysterical! Everyone knows that penalty shots are meant to be made and a keeper has to guess before which way the kicker is going in order to have a chance at blocking it. If someone is shooting high and to the right and the keeper is tall, if she does not react in time it doesn't matter how tall she is. God I hate when people think just because a keeper is taller makes them better!!

Nothing to do with height, she should have been in the game because she is much better.

Every game I saw them play it was tough to say anything about the keepers as they didn't touch the ball once.

That's what happens when Carlos won't schedule any tough teams for the girls to play.
They can not control the easy district they are in but they can schedule teams outside to challenge and prepare. They are more concerned with W-L records. Still living off past glory.??

Exactly right......they need to play teams of their caliber instead of being concerned with the w-l record.

What about the tournament in Jacksonville - against Bolles, Bartram and Jensen Beach, three pretty tough teams. What about three tough games in Texas? Gibbons was supposed to be difficult and a few others but they were'nt any match for STA but who could have known that. I think Carlos did try to organize a tougher schedule.
