Sickles ranked second? That coach is terrible, he has won district in the past only because he benefits from some larger clubs in that area to get talent. This year he is playing some very weak teams and should walk through to districts but once out he will lose as he always does. His club is FC Tampa and he always plays those girls from that club and it usually costs him a few games a year. This team may get through districts but will not do well in regionals unless this coach and his personal issues take a back seat to the girls on the soccer field.

Got to love preseaon polls. Clearwater is hardly the #5 team. EL dominated play. They had 14 shots on goal and a total of 22 shots with three hitting the woodwork. CLW goalie is solid. Game could have been much worse.

I was at their game last night against Alonso and it was a terrible game. Very little soccer was played and neither team looked good.

I have been told by one of the parents that some of the Girls were happy when they left Sickles to go to Steinnbrenner HS (new school)just because they could get away from him. This is a consistent theme that you hear around these parts about this guy. Doesn't sound like a very good coach if players are trying to get away from him. It does explain why his club is bad.
