How does Crossfire measure success? What are the coaches bonuses based on? League play? Top three finish? Tournament wins? Find that metric and get the data and you'll have your answer.

Don’t you think you are making these guys more popular, especially EJ. All topics seem to somehow end up being about him.

Also, I think this and recent topics are a deliberate attempt by outsiders to pitch EJ against other XF coaches. The ultimate motive by these perpetuators is to engineer some bad blood between these coaches and to create a story that there is infighting at XF. Folks no longer fall for these!
