You must have been lied to one too many times.

All you have to do is look it up. CUs teams are a joke considering the lies and money being spent.. 4th or 5th best in state.

Typical CU coach. Lies and propaganda.

I'd like to see input from people on the most trustworthy clubs. Please rank them and include FCP, CU, GPS and TA. You can include others too.

        If your talking about 03s:

        1. CU had a good Crossfire Challenge and decent Surf Cup.
        2. GPS had disappointing NPL and Surf Cup.
        3. FC hardly played; Thorns are 1-2 in league play, with sole win against lowly Burlingame.

Would give the nod to CU; Thorns and FC hardest to rank at this point.

As a side note, this points to the utter madness of our current soccer structure - 4 arguably equal teams in Portland metro, and only 2 play each other.

Thorns are rough around the edges but at least they are getting top quality competition (for the most part).

I sure do. Your definition of decent is former a super team, beating up on decimated OYSA teams, and bragging about goal differentials on social media. My definition of decent is a team where anplayer makes a verbal commitment to Notre Dame her freshman year. Keep aiming low - you'll never be disappointed.

We are talking about decent teams. You pulled out an example of a good goalie who played on a pretty bad team.

CU was 1-2 at Surf Cup. Not a good showing for a team at full strength.

CU was also in a watered down bracket due to DA and Silverlakes soccer tournament.

Same bracket as GPS and outperformed them there.

Fair to say Crossfire had a better summer than GPS; where FC and Thorns fit into the mix is a guessing game right now.

Show us the data were they have been beat by the "3 or 4" teams that are better than they are.

Yes, significantly better than the darlings of OYSA, GPS. Didn't CU beat a team 7-0 that then throttled GPS?

Truth be told CU 03's were best in State even before last summer easily besting FCP in head to head. CU always had the talent.

No. tied once, and CU won by 3 second game.
