RF has demonstrated with his silence during this entire shutdown- that he does not care about his team and he never has, he was always in it for the paycheck - and that is a bitter pill to swallow for those who constantly defended him. Their silence speaks volumes- their lying, denying and defending have been exposed for all to see. Sad, bigly.

Would be interesting to know if RF has been in contact with his HS team...even though not in season many HS coaches are reaching out to their athletes...

Sad that it took an unprecedented lock down to show people this - people should have known he was only in it for the pay check long ago when the team wasn't practicing regularly, or when he wouldn't show up to games and tournaments, or when he would show up late, or when he would never talk to anyone or provide any feedback, our when he would lie to us about where he was, or when he would have BB lie to us about where he was.

the better question should be why wouldn't he, he is a fixture at the HS and at the very least should be touching base with them to see how they are making out during this time....remember the kids are kids and to have a coach reach out during this time makes them feel better - doesn't have to be a long novel could be as simple as touching base to see how you are doing. Many of the HS coaches if they are not reaching out are visible via other social media platforms letting the players know that as a coach they are going through some of the same feelings of uncertainty.

Is it mandatory that a coach reach out to his or her team during a crisis like the one we all are currently experiencing - no of course not. But how people act during a crisis, whether such actions are required or not, reveals a lot about your character and who you are as a human being. RF's complete silence, both for his club team and for his HS team, reveals a complete lack of human decency, caring, concern, and character. This is on top of all of the other concerns people have about him

It doesn't matter how good of a soccer coach he is, parents (both club parents and parents of Villa students) should be asking themselves if this is a person they want their children spending significant amounts of time with.

Neither of my kids HS coaches have reached out to them and I couldn't care less. Again, why would they, it is not anywhere close to the season or gearing up for summer training and next fall.

“ FC Bucks welcomes Alex Balog as the Boys Director of Coaching and ECNL Director. ”

Bucks has ecnl for the long haul. They are safe.
